摘要
城市化的过程是城市空间不断革新,变化造就新空间的过程,也是生产与消费的过程。空间生产理论认为,空间是物质、精神以及社会的辩证结合体。空间是生产资料、政治工具、消费对象。时间与空间是人类社会发展的两个动态维度,时间是流动的,空间亦如此。空间正在从物质空间的生产变化到社会空间的变化,城市更新作为一种空间流动的形式,是对空间内各种资源以及符号所进行的重塑与整合,并在塑造空间的过程中逐渐生产出消费空间,进而引起空间社会关系与空间秩序发生变化,城市空间是一种消费品,空间中的生产与消费正在逐渐变成空间的生产与消费。空间权力、资本的增值循环等直接塑造了空间的现代性形态,不同空间实践主体在空间生产过程中的利益推动空间生产与更新。
The process of urbanization is a process of continuous innovation in urban space,with changes creating new space,and a process of production and consumption.According to the theory of production of space,space is a dialectical combination of material,spiritual and social factors.Space is the means of production,a political tool and consumer object.Time and space are two dynamic dimensions of the development of human society.Time is fluid,so is space.Space is changing from the production of material space to social space.Urban renewal,as a form of spatial flow,is the reshaping and integration of various resources and symbols in space,and gradually produces the consumptionspace in the process of shaping space. The consumption space leads to changesin socio-spatial relations and spatial order. Urban space is a kind of consumergoods,and production and consumption in space are gradually becoming theproduction and consumption of space. The power of space and the value-addedcycle of capital directly shape the modern form of space. The interests ofperformance subjects of different spaces promote the production and renewal ofspace.
