As time passes on,the role of kindergarten teachers is changing dramatically.Maria Montessori advocates the view that kindergarten teachers are observers,researchers,environmental designers and home liaison officers,which indicates that contemporary kindergarten teachers should develop a correct concept of children,enhance professionalism,guide children scientifically,inspire their wisdom,and establish a community of home-based cooperation to help young children grow up healthily.
