摘要
在紧邻既有铁路进行高铁路堑石方开挖时,为保证既有铁路的安全正常运营,需对整体开挖方案、爆破设计和防护措施加以研究和分析。由于新建西成高铁剑门关车站路堑石方开挖爆破工程正交临近既有宝成铁路的高边坡,因此根据路堑距既有铁路远近进行分区,确定不同的开挖方法,即预留隔墙浅孔小台阶延时松动控制爆破和静态破碎机械配合开挖的方案。通过对各项爆破参数的设计和调整优化,爆体上覆盖防护、高边坡侧采用柔性网加钢排架的组合式防护措施,爆破飞石、滚石及爆破振动等有害效应得到了有效的控制,可为类似工程爆破方案的设计和安全管理提供借鉴经验。
In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of the adjacent existing railway when carrying out the cuttingroads excavation of high-speed railway,it is necessary to study and analyze the whole excavation scheme of the blasting design and protective measures.The deep cutting-road excavation blasting project of Jianmenguan station in Xi-Cheng high speed railway orthogonal adjacent to the high slope of the existing Bao-Cheng railway.Different excavation methods are determined according to the distance between the road and the existing railway,that is the control blasting plan for prereserved partition wall shallow holes and small steps and the scheme of static crushing combined with machinery excavation.Through the design,optimization and adjustment of blasting parameters,cover with protection and combined protective measures of flexible net and steel shelving on high slope side,harmful effects such as blasting flying stone rolling stones and blasting vibration is under effective control.And it provides reference for the design and safety management of similar conditions blasting scheme.
