全新风除湿机蒸发器结霜原因分析及结构改进

摘要 针对全新风除湿机制冷运行过程中出现的蒸发器结霜现象,通过对比分析及试验验证确定蒸发器结霜的原因,并给出分流器结构和分液管流路改进方案。结果表明,采用改进方案后,在环境温度高于29℃时,蒸发器上、下两部分的蒸发温度趋同,在环境温度低于29℃时,蒸发器上、下两部分的蒸发温度差值降低至5℃以内,有效解决蒸发器结霜问题,保证系统可靠运行。 Aimed at the evaporator frosting phenomenon of the all-fresh air dehumidifier in the process of the refrigeration operation,the cause for the evaporator frosting is determined by comparative analysis and experiment verification.At the same time,the optimization schemes for the structure of the refrigerant distributor and the flow path of distribution tubes are presented.The results show that using the optimization schemes,when the ambient temperature is higher than 29℃,the evaporating temperatures of the upper and lower parts of evaporator are close.When the ambient temperature is lower than 29℃,the evaporating temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the evaporator is within 5℃.Thus,it could solve effectively the frosting issue and ensure the system running reliably.
