摘要
皂膜流量计通过手捏橡胶球启膜过程中,极易产生大量小泡,影响皂膜的生成。为实现流量计的无杂泡、无连膜的持续自动化运行,提出了通过气囊的膨胀与收缩脉动式挤压和吸入储液槽内液体的方法。该方法能够准确地控制皂管内液面的上升高度与下降速度,有效地解决了手捏橡胶球产膜过程产生大量小泡、滴加皂液溅射产泡、液面振荡生成连膜等问题。通过控制微型真空泵的开启与二位三通阀的切换,实现了自动启膜和自动润湿功能,能够可靠地控制皂膜的产生与监测气体流量。试验测量结果验证了试验装置的可行性以及测量方法的正确性。该方法为皂膜流量计的自动化提供了参考。
A large amount of soap bubbles were easily produced by squeezing rubber ball through hands in the soap film flowmeter,the quality of soap film was affected seriously by the production.In order to perform continuous process automatically without any vesicular films and short interval films,a method was presented by periodical expansion and contraction of the airbag through squeezing the water into the tank or sucking the water out of the tank.Both the level of the liquid and the sinking velocity of the liquid column can be controlled accurately,this is helpful to solve the problem,such as large amount of soap bubbles,sputtering bubbles during dripping soap liquid,production of short interval films because of liquid oscillation.Production of soap film and wetting the soap tube automatically were achieved by controlling the opening of the miniature vacuum pump and switching of the two-position three-way magnetic valve.The production of soap films was steadily controlled and the gas flow was monitored.The reliability and veracity of the flowmeter was verified through experimental data.The method can be widely expended to accumulate experience and data for the automation.
