摘要
目前,国内筒子纱编织袋包装自动化程度正逐步提升,装满筒子纱的编织袋自动化的缝纫封口,是全自动包装工序的核心环节,其结果对后续工艺环节和大批量物流运输具有重要意义。运用模块化思想,设计了一款筒子纱包装自动缝纫系统。夹持移动子系统通过FESTO气缸和57步进电机,配合完成编织袋袋口夹持和缩小袋内空间功能;缝纫移动子系统引入同步传动机构,搭载工业用缝纫机实现运动缝纫工艺。系统整体借助顺序功能图规划串、并行工序。由西门子S7-1200 PLC作为控制器,采用TIA portal软件进行编程设计,实现了对编织袋口的缝纫流程控制。相较于缝纫机固定而编织袋运动的缝纫系统,该系统具备更高的可靠性和更好的缝纫效果。在实际应用中验证了系统的性能。数据表明,该系统运行稳定、故障率低,能够满足大型纺织厂对筒子纱包装效率的要求,具备良好的应用前景。
At present,the automation level of domestic package yarn woven bag packaging is gradually increasing,and the automatic sewing seal of woven bag filled with package yarn is the core part of the automatic packaging process.The sewing result is of great significance to the subsequent processing steps of the packaging of woven bags and large-scale logistics transportation.A package yarn packaging automatic sewing system is designed by using modular idea,the clamping and moving subsystem cooperates with the FESTO cylinder and the 57 stepping motor to complete the functions of clamping and shrinking the space inside the bag;the sewing movement subsystem introduces the synchronous transmission.The mechanism is equipped with industrial sewing machine to realize the motion sewing process;the whole system uses the sequential function diagram to plan the serial and parallel processes;Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the controller and the TIA portal software is used for programming design,which realizes the sewing process control of the woven bag mouth.This system has higher reliability and better sewing results than the sewing system where the sewing machine is fixed and the bag is moving.The performance of the system is verifying in practical applications.The data shows that the system is stable in operation and low in failure rate,which can meet the requirements of packaging efficiency of large textile factories and has good application prospects.
