可膨胀石墨对CPE/EPDM基钢结构防火卷材性能的影响

摘要 为进一步提高CPE/EPDM基钢结构防火卷材耐火性能,将可膨胀石墨应用于防火卷材中,研究其粒度、用量对防火卷材性能的影响,结果表明:石墨的粒径和用量对防火卷材的性能有显著影响。添加15%50目可膨胀石墨的防火卷材pkHRR、THR、av-SEA与av-COY分别降低28.42%、7.57%、85.64%和33.33%,HRR峰值的时间延迟了200 s;FGI、TSPI 6min、THRI 6min、ToxPI 6min均小于未加可膨胀石墨的防火卷材,降幅分别达到了46.34%、5.40%、17.51%、4.24%,降低了材料的火灾危险性和危害性;其断裂强度和断裂伸长率为7.56 MPa和1 477.16%,较原卷材分别提高了138.49%和42.68%,刚性增加;弹性模量和最大应力分别提高了2.22%和27.24%,韧性有所下降。随着可膨胀石墨粒度的减小或用量的增加,卷材的耐火性能、韧性和刚性下降。 In order to further improve the fire resistance of CPE/EPDM base steel structure fireproof roll,the expandable graphite was applied to the fireproof coil material,and the influence of particle size and dosage on the performance of fireproof coil material was studied.The results showed that the particle size and amount of graphite have a significant effect on the performance of fire-resistant coils.The fire resistant coil material pkHRR,THR,av-SEA,and av-COY with 15%pentagonal expandable graphite were reduced by 28.42%,7.57%,85.64%,and 33.33%respectively,and the HRR peak time was delayed by 200 s.FGI,TSPI 6min,THRI 6min,ToxPI 6min were all lower than those without expandable graphite,with decreases of 46.34%,5.40%,17.51%and 4.24%respectively,which reduced the fire risk and harmfulness of the materials.The fracture strength and tensile strengths were 7.56 MPa and 1 477.16%,respectively,138.49%and 42.68%higher than the original coil,and the rigidity increased.The elastic modulus and maximum stress increased by 2.22%and 27.24%respectively,and the toughness decreased.With the decrease of the particle size of expandable graphite or the increase of the amount of expandable graphite,the fire resistance,toughness and rigidity of the coil decreased.
