摘要
为解决当前建筑火灾风险评估中存在的信息互动性差、缺少建筑全生命周期安全评估等局限性问题,利用BIM的技术特点,将BIM与火灾风险评估相结合,提出了基于BIM的建筑火灾风险评估的基本流程,构建了基于BIM的建筑防火信息交互平台及其体系框架,并对平台的操作界面与功能菜单进行了初步开发。研究表明,BIM防火平台可以有效提高建筑信息在火灾风险评估各阶段的交互效率,可以实现对建筑全生命周期的火灾风险评估,并且BIM技术为实现火灾风险评估在大量普通民用建筑中的应用提供了可能性与可行性。
In order to solve the limitations of fire risk assessment,such as poor information interaction and lack of the full life-cycle safety assessment of buildings,BIM was combined with fire risk assessment to develop BIM-based fire risk assessment.The basic process of BIM-based fire risk assessment was formulated.A BIM-based building fire protection information interaction platform and its system framework were proposed.The operation interface and function menu of BIM fire platform were initially developed.Study results show BIM fire platform can effectively improve the interaction efficiency of building information and can realize the full life-cycle safety assessment of buildings.BIM technology provides the possibility and feasibility for the application of fire risk assessment in a large number of ordinary civil buildings.
