以本科教学评估指标为导向的新建公安本科院校教师考评体系研究

Setting up Teacher Evaluation System of New Police Colleges with Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation Index as Guidance

新建公安本科院校都将接受教育部组织的本科教学工作合格评估,其中对教师的考评是评估指标的重要组成部分。建立健全科学的教师考评体系,对正确引导教师思想和行为,加强师资队伍建设,顺利通过教学工作合格评估,提升院校发展水平,具有重要意义。在新建公安本科院校教师考评工作中,要依据评估目的确立教师考评原则,围绕建设指标设置教师考评内容,结合工作实际明确教师考评方法。

The newly-built police colleges and universities offering undergraduate education will receive the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education,and the evaluation of teachers is an important part of the evaluation index.Establishing and perfecting the scientific teacher evaluation system is of great significance for guiding the teachers’thought and conduct correctly,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,passing the teaching qualification evaluation and improving the development level of colleges and universities.Based on the principles,contents and methods of teacher evaluation of the undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation,combined with the reality of public security education,this paper systematically explores the construction of teacher evaluation system in the newly-built police colleges offering undergraduate education.
