The research is done on the successful practical experience of modern apprenticeship pilot program in Zhongshan Polytechnic to provide experience for governments.Through the theoretical discussion and empirical analysis of typical cases,it is hoped to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies and regulations.The practical problems in the reform of modern apprenticeship talents training model and the teaching management are to be solved.The reform of modern apprenticeship talents training model can be fully promoted relying on industrial colleges.
