摘要
建立健全院校内部质量保证体系是实现高职院校高质量发展的必由之路。目前院校在内部质量保证体系建设与运行中出现一些问题,需要院校对诊改工作的重要性增强认识,加强对诊改工作理论与实践的研究,做好顶层设计,强力推进实施,加强制度保障,培育质量文化。
Building and improving the Internal Quality Assurance System is necessary for higher vocational colleges to better their quality.At present,there are some problems in the system building and mechanism working.We should reinforce the main significance of the Internal Quality Assurance System and conduct deep research on the theory and practice of it.In the meantime,we should improve the top-level design of the system,push the implement of the mechanism,reinforce the guarantee system,and cultivate the quality culture.
