摘要
现代学徒制作为一种新型职业教育制度,师徒传授是开展人才培养工作的重要形式,其中便蕴含着丰富的隐性课程。以广东科贸职业学院连锁经营管理专业为例,从时间、空间、物质和精神层面,剖析隐性课程的存在形式及影响情况,并综合利用生态系统理论和SECI模型,从微观系统、中间系统、外层系统、宏观系统分别提出适应连锁经营管理专业学生成长的隐性课程体系。
Modern apprenticeship is a new type of vocational education system.Master-apprentice teaching is an important form of talent training with rich hidden curriculum.Taking the chain management major of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade as an example,analyzing the form and its influence of the hidden curriculum from the time,space,material and spiritual levels,and comprehensively using the ecological system theory and the SECI model,the paper puts forward the hidden curriculum system from micro system,middle system,outer system and macro system respectively which is adapted to the growth of students who major in chain management.
