摘要
高等职业教育与普通高等教育的人才培养目标和规格不同,对教师的要求也不同。要求高职教师同时具有传递知识和指导学生实践的能力,即要具有“双师”素质。通过对我国“双师型”教师政策文件的梳理,总结出“双师”政策经历了政策导向、内涵明确和制度建设等三个阶段。随着这些政策的推动,高职教育在教师队伍建设上取得了一定成效,但仍存在着“双师”标准不清、政策执行不利、“双师”建设配套制度不完善等问题。提出在未来职业教育发展中,针对以上问题进行改进的建议。
Higher vocational education and regular higher education have different talent training objectives and specifications,and different requirements for teachers.Higher vocational teachers require the ability to transfer knowledge and guide students'practice at the same time,that is,they must have the quality of"double teacher".Through combing the"double teacher"policy texts in China,it is concluded that the"double-teacher"policy has experienced three stages:policy orientation,clear connotation and system construction.With the promotion of these policies,higher vocational education has made certain achievements in the construction of the teaching staff.However,there are still some problems such as unclear standards of"double divisions",unfavorable policy implementation,and imperfect system of"double divisions"construction.Finally,some suggestions for improving the above problems in the development of future vocational education are put forward.
