冠心病合并慢性心衰的中医证候探析

Analysis of TCM Syndromes of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Chronic Heart Failure

冠心病是心衰的最常见发病原因,其基本病机为本虚标实,且以心气亏虚为本,瘀血内阻为标,气虚血瘀贯穿疾病始终。通过对现有文献资料的研究,总结冠心病合并慢性心衰的中医证候,结果发现主要以复合证候为主,包括阳虚水泛、瘀血内停,气阴亏虚,瘀血内停,阴阳两虚、水瘀内停等。

Coronary heart disease(CHD)is the most common cause of heart failure.Its basic pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,of which heart-qi deficiency is the root cause,and blood stasis is the superficial manifestation.Qi deficiency and blood stasis is throughout the disease.Through the study of the existing literature,it is concluded that TCM syndrome of CHD complicated with CHF is mainly composed of complex syndrome,which includes edema syndrome due to yang deficiency,blood stasis,deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of yin and yang,retention of water and blood stasis.
