摘要 传统的海洋设备静水压力试验方法已不能满足海洋设备发展的需求,实际静水压力试验过程中存在着诸多问题。为有效应对此现状,对国内深海装备静水压力试验装置和试验方法进行简要介绍,对试验压力值、试验压力下的持续时间和试验加压泄压速率等静水压力试验技术参数的合理取值问题进行分析。通过对3个典型的试验案例的分析,总结深水高压下的静水压力试验流程,对深海装备静水压力试验经常涉及的若干问题进行探讨,为相关深海装备静水压力试验标准的制定提供参考。 Traditional hydrostatic pressure test methods for ocean equipment can no longer meet the demand of ocean equipment development today as there were some problems encountered in the tests.This paper briefly introduces the hydrostatic pressure test device and methods for deep-sea equipment in China,and analyzes how to select technical parameters for the hydrostatic pressure test including test pressure,test duration under pressure,pressurization and relief rate.The procedures for deep-sea high-pressure hydrostatic pressure test are summarized based on three typical test examples,and the problems existing in deep-sea equipment hydrostatic pressure test are discussed,which provides support for the hydrostatic pressure test standards of deep-sea equipment.
