摘要
为满足船东在装载超长货物等方面的需求,提升行业竞争力,对某17 300 t大开口多用途船进行改型设计。在原设计的基础上维持船宽、型深和双货舱不变,拉伸船长,合理调整水密舱壁,充分利用悬挂荷兰旗船舶对水密性开口的解释,满足破舱稳性的要求。基于有限元分析方法对结构进行合理设计,在总弯矩大幅增大的情况下,控制空船重量,保证载重量指标满足要求。
In order to meet ship owners’demand of carrying extra-long cargoes to raise ships’competitive ability,a conversion design is accomplished for a 17 300 t multipurpose ship with large opening,where the ship length is increased while the breadth,depth and twin cargo tanks of the original design remain unchanged.Meantime the watertight subdivisions are adjusted and the watertight opening interpretation for Dutch flag ships is well adopted to comply with the damage stability requirements.The ship structure is properly designed with finite element analysis method,and the carrying capacity is guaranteed by lightweight control,despite of increased global bending moment.
