例举某船设计过程中的5个实例,表明通风与其他专业间的相互影响及在前期设计阶段各专业间相互协调的重要性,指出有些影响会直接改变系统的设计和设备的订货。内舾装专业B级分隔的形式会影响通风专业布风器的订货,以及电气专业灯、报警器等破坏天花板安装的附件的订货;规范对内舾装专业舱室壁板及门的隔音要求间接影响舱室空调通风的系统平衡设计;管弄的总体布置和管弄进出口布置位置直接影响通风外舾及电气各专业的相关设计;货舱载货类型不仅影响通风系统的设计,而且直接影响外舾装大型货舱舱口盖的订货;货舱装载危险品要求货舱进出风口3m范围内设置危险延伸区,直接影响油舱、空舱等透气头的布置等。

This paper gives five practical examples in design of a ship,which demonstrates the mutual influence between ventilation and other technical items.It explains the importance of coordination of different technical items in the preliminary design stage.Some influence may directly affect the system design and the equipment choice.Different forms of Class B division for internal outfitting will affect the selection of air distributors for ventilation and the selection of accessories such as special electrical lamps and alarms which may damage the ceiling.The regulations on sound insulation of cabin walls and doors for interior outfitting indirectly affects the balance design of the cabin’s air-conditioning ventilation system;the general arrangement and entrance/exit positions of the pipe tunnels directly affect the relevant ventilation designs of exterior outfitting and electrical equipment;and the cargo type in the cargo tank not only influences the ventilation design,but also directly influence the selection of hatch covers for large cargo tanks.Loading of hazardous cargo requires a 3m extension of the hazardous area for ventilation inlet and outlet,which directly affects the layout of breathable heads for oil tanks,void tanks and etc.
