随着大数据的不断发展,数据驱动创新被应用于社会各行各业。智能化、职业化、专业化等犯罪行为频繁发生,刑事案件凸显出动态性、隐蔽性等新的犯罪情势。面对这种情况,为了促使侦查机关在侦查过程中能够及时实现主动预防、精确打击,必须引入数据驱动情报侦查的侦查模式。这不仅可以促使侦查机关全面提升侦查效能和创新侦查模式,还可以及时变革侦查思维和推进情报侦查走向新路径。

With the continuous development of big data,data-driven innovation has been applied in all walks of life.Intelligent,professional and specialized crimes occur frequently,and criminal cases highlight new criminal tendency such as dynamic nature and concealment.Faced with this situation,in order to help the investigation organs to timely realize,take the initiative to prevent,and precisely strike in the process of investigation,we shall introduce data-driven intelligence investigation model.This can not only promote the investigation organs to comprehensively improve the efficiency of investigation and innovate the investigation mode,but also change the investigation thinking and promote the intelligence investigation to a new path.
