卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对尖锐湿疣患者疗效、复发率及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平的影响

Effects of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection on the curative effects,recurrence rate and levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ in patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的研究卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对尖锐湿疣患者疗效、复发率及CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2018年2月收治的尖锐湿疣患者90例。以随机抽签法分成联合组和对照组,每组45例。对照组予以光动力疗法治疗,联合组在光动力疗法的基础上加用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗。2组均进行6个月的治疗。比较2组临床疗效,复发率,治疗前后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平,不良反应发生情况等。结果联合组总有效率为91.11%明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。联合组尿道口、非尿道口复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。联合组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。2组红斑、瘙痒、轻度糜烂发生率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣患者具有显著的临床疗效,且有效降低复发率,增强患者免疫功能,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection on the curative effects,recurrence rate and levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 90 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and combination treatment group,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by photodynamic therapy,however,the patients in combination treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection,with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups. The clinical curative effects,recurrence rate,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ before and after treatment,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency in combination treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of urethral orifice and non-urethral orifice in combination treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ in combination treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of erythema,pruritus and mild erosion between combination treatment group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of condyloma acuminatum,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,improve the immune function of patients,with good safety,therefor, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
