摘要
针对某型液压伺服作动器,提出一种基于模型比较的方法实现故障监控。阐述了该型作动器的组成及工作原理,之后对其故障模式进行分析,采用基于模型比较的监控方法建立液压伺服作动器的数学模型和仿真模型,运用Matlab软件进行仿真验证,证明本文建立的仿真模型可靠,与实际状态接近程度高,为液压伺服作动器的故障监控提供了可靠依据。
For a hydraulic servo actuator,a fault monitoring method based on model comparison is proposed.This paper expounds the com-position and working principle of the actuator,then analyses its failure mode,establishes the mathematical model and simulation model of the hydraulic servo actuator by using the monitoring method based on model comparison,and verifies the simulation model by using the software of Matlab.The simulation model established in this paper is proved to the reliable and close to the actual state.It provides a reliable basis for fault monitoring of hydraulic servo actuator.
