American Competency Model and its Enlightenment to Vocational Education in China

摘要 美国就业与培训管理部门与其他联邦机构以及来自行业、劳动及教育领域的专家开发了基于行业的胜任力模型。此模型能力共分三组,九个层级,多个维度。探讨此模型的拟定背景、过程以及具体内涵,并论述其对我国行业相关模型开发、中高衔接、课程设置、学徒制实施路径及学业评价方面的借鉴意义。 The Employment and Training Administration(ETA)collaborates with other Federal agencies and workforce development experts from industry,labor,and education to document the skills and competencies required in certain industries,which are called competency models and they are divided into three groups of nine levels,multiple dimensions.Discussing the background,developing process and content of the models,point out what can be learned from them when talking about developing industry models,higher-secondary vocational education link,apprenticeship and academic evaluation.
