Theoretical Exploration of Military Camp Culture Educational Model in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of New Era

将军营文化引入高职院校人才培养全过程,是新时代背景下高职院校积极探索人才培养的规律和特点,不断改革育人模式与方法,强化文化育人的有益尝试。本文从理论上对高职院校军营文化育人模式的内涵、必要性及其建构进行了初步探讨。

The introduction of general battalion culture into the whole process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is a beneficial attempt for higher vocational colleges to actively explore the laws and characteristics of talent cultivation in the new era,constantly reform the mode and methods of education,and strengthen cultural education.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the connotation,necessity and construction of military culture education mode in Higher Vocational colleges.
