加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗原发骨质疏松症临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Bushen Jiangu Decoction combined with Hua Tou’s Five Mimic-animal Boxing in the Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis

目的:加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗原发骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:120例按照随机数字表法分为两组各60例,对照组给予乐力钙胶囊口服联合华佗五禽戏治疗,观察组给予加味补肾健骨汤联合华佗五禽戏治疗。结果:治疗1、2、3个月后及随访末期观察组VAS评分显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。随访末期时两组骨密度值均显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味补肾健骨汤配合华佗五禽戏治疗原发骨质疏松症可显著缓解腰背部疼痛,增加骨密度,疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Method: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with warming acupuncture while the control group were only treated with Cangfu Daotan Decoction. They were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles. Result: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome is satisfactory, which could significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
