处理硫化物滤饼工艺设计和实践

摘要 硫化物滤饼破碎后含硫高达58%,且富集了银、汞等有价元素,具有较高的经济价值。丹霞冶炼厂开创性地使用沸腾焙烧炉处理硫化物滤饼,综合回收锌、银、硫、汞等元素。在实际生产过程中,遇到了运行底压低、下料管易堵塞、下料口区域易堆积、炉压不稳等问题。针对这些问题,采取了相应的改进措施,最终确保了工艺平稳有序地运行,实现了经济、环保效益。 The sulfur content of sulfide filter cake after being crushed is as high as 58%,and it is rich in silver,mercury and other valuable elements,which has high economic value.Danxia smelter initiates the use of fluidized bed roaster to treat sulfide filter cake,and comprehensively recovered zinc,silver,sulfur,mercury and other elements.The problems such as low operating base pressure,easy blocking of discharge duct,easy slag accumulation of discharge port area and unstable furnace pressure are encountered in the actual production.In view of these problems,the corresponding improvement measures are taken to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the process and realize the economic and environmental benefits.
