摘要
介绍了加拿大CANSOLV胺液净化单元的原理和技术特点。以甘肃稀土焙烧尾气深度处理项目为例,在原工艺控制基础上,对胺液净化单元离子交换及碱液冲洗过程控制进行的局部优化。项目投产运行后,没有出现胺液误排现象,同时也节约了除盐水的用量。
The paper introduces the principle and technical features of CANSOLV amine purification unit in Canada.According to the Gansu rare-earth roasting tails gas treatment project and on the basis of the original process control,the paper puts forward the local optimization of ion exchange and alkali washing process control of amine purification unit.After the project is put into operation,there is no wrong discharge of amine,and at the same time,the a mount of desatted water is saved.
