摘要
采用一种新型电极结构的电凝聚处理工艺,去除稀土冶炼废水中的重金属离子及萃取剂,结果表明,在适当的条件下,稀土废水经过电凝聚法处理后,能达到《稀土工业污染物排放标准》(GB 26451-2011),废水中的总Zn、总Cd、总Cr、总Pb平均去除率达92%,COD平均去除率达90%。
A new electro-coagulation treatment technology with electrode structure is used to remove heavy metal ions and extractant in the rare-earth smelting wastewater.The result shows that the rare-earth wastewater can satisfy the requirement of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rare Earths Industry(GB 26451-2011)after being treated by electro-coagulation process under the appropriate conditions.The average removal rates of total zinc,total Cd,total Cr and total Pb in wastewater reach 92%,and the average removal rate of COD reaches 90%.
