摘要
文章将S-O-R模型与动机理论结合构建集成模型研究乡村微景观营造中村民参与行为的影响因素,并以晋江市已开展微景观营造活动的乡村为例,基于访谈与问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0和AMOS24.0检验所提出的假设展开研究,结果表明:1)村民获得的软性收益对利他主义和自我效能均有显著正向影响,硬性收益对自我效能存在显著正向影响,而对利他主义存在显著负向影响;此外,利他主义对参与意愿和参与行为存在显著正向影响,自我效能对参与意愿和参与行为存在显著正向影响。2)利他主义在软性收益和参与行为、参与意愿间发挥中介调节作用,在硬性收益和参与行为、参与意愿间没有调节作用,自我效能没有发挥调节作用。针对这些问题,提出在乡村振兴背景下如何提高村民参与乡村景观建设的具体政策策略。
This paper combines the S-O-R model with motivation theory to construct an integrated model to study the influencing factors to villagers'participation behaviors in rural micro-landscape construction.The study selects the villages in Jinjiang City where micro-landscape construction activities have been carried out as a case to conduct interviews and questionnaires,and uses SPSS19.0 and AMOS24.0 to test the hypothesis.The results show that:1)the soft benefits of villagers has a significant positive effect on altruism and self-efficacy,while the hard benefits has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy,but a significant negative effect on altruism.In addition,altruism has a significant positive effect on participation intention and participation behavior,and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on participation willingness and participation behavior;2)altruism plays an intermediary role in soft benefits and participation behavior and intention,while playing no regulating role in the self-efficacy.In view of these issues,how to improve the specific policy for increasing the villagers'participation in the rural landscape construction is put forward in the context of the rural revitalization.
