摘要 针对水泥厂煤磨系统控制现状,在原常规控制基础上运用逻辑顺控、模型预测控制等先进控制技术,设计了煤磨系统一键启停、预测控制的自动控制系统。实际应用表明:煤磨系统自动化水平大幅提升,煤磨关键控制参数出磨温度和磨机压差更加平稳,控制品质得到显著提高,煤磨系统运行更加平稳。 According to the past control situations of coal mill system in a cement,using the advanced process control technology such as logic sequence control and model predictive control on the base of the original conventional control,the automatic control system with start-up/shut-down by one key and predictive control for coal mill system is designed.The practical application shows that the automation of the coal mill system is greatly improved,the key controlled variables of the outlet tempreture and the pressure difference of mill are more stable,the control quality is siginificantly improved,and the coal mill system runs more smoothly.
