摘要
现有温室大棚灌溉电气控制终端设备的调控主要是通过在中控室和终端设备之间布置复杂的控制线缆和电源电缆控制,而且还需要有复杂的钢性网架来对其进行支撑,不但增加了大棚的投资成本,而且线路极易老化、设备使用寿命缩短。针对这些情况,本文设计了自由移动式的无线传输控制的灌溉小车,从工作效率和经济角度两个方面弥补了目前有线传输控制方式的不足。并对其进行了稳定性、可靠性的实验测试,实验表明无线传输控制技术达到了现阶段温室内电气终端设备的控制要求,同时论证了无线传输控制技术应用于温室大棚内电气控制系统终端设备的可行性,为后续的研究提供理论依据。
The control of the electric control terminal equipment in the existing irrigation of greenhouse is mainly controlled by the arrangement of complicated control cables and power cables between the central control room and the terminal equipment.Moreover,it needs complicated steel frame to support.This structure not only increases the investment cost of the greenhouse,but also the line can be easily aged and the service life of the equipment is shortened.According to these cases,in this paper,a free and mobile car in irrigation is designed,and controlled by wireless.It makes up for the deficiency of the current wired transmission control method from two aspects of working efficiency and economy.And this paper tests the stability and reliability of this car,from the result of experiments,at the present,the wireless transmission control technology reaches the terminal equipment of the electrical control in greenhouse,and demonstrates the feasibility of wireless transmission control technology used in electric control system of greenhouses,and provides theoretical basis for subsequent research.
