在社会经济快速发展的趋势下,基建规模不断扩大,为了进一步协调资金问题,PPP投融资模式发展成了新形势下基建投融资的重要模式。以高校体育场馆为例,对高校基建投融资引入PPP模式的优势进行了详细分析,在此基础上,设计并实现了基于PPP的高职基建投融资系统,以便于优势互补,取长补短,引进民间资本,放宽投资环境,有效缓解基建财政压力,为基建投融资的顺利进行提供了有力帮助。

With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of infrastructure continues to expand.In order to further coordinate the financing problem,PPP investment and financing mode has become an important model of infrastructure investment and financing under the new situation.Taking college sports stadiums as an example,this paper analyzes in detail the advantages of introducing PPP mode into capital construction investment and financing in colleges and universities.On this basis,it designs and implements a PPP-based investment and financing system for capital construction in higher vocational colleges and universities.That is,complementing each otherundefineds advantages,learning from each otherundefineds strengths,introducing non-governmental capital,relaxing the investment environment,effectively alleviating the financial pressure on capital construction,and providing a powerful help for the smooth progress of capital construction investment and financing.
