NGO参与欧洲难民问题治理的启示

Enlightenment of NGOs’ Participation in the Governance of European Refugee Problems

自2014年开始至今,欧洲国家正面临着21世纪以来最严重的难民问题。在这次难民危机中,除了政府和企业,NGO也成为难民问题治理中的重要主体,欧盟国家政府充分与其合作并取得了很好的成效,但同时也不可避免地带来了一定的负面影响。以欧洲难民危机为切入点,梳理总结出欧洲NGO的发展现状,并对欧洲难民事件中非政府组织的活动进行探讨,认识到我国对于境内外NGO管理和利用必须从我国国情出发,支持的同时必须加大过程监管,同时根据新时代发展要求,积极地促进我国NGO国际化发展。

Since 2014,European countries are facing the worst problem of refugees since the 21 century.In this refugee crisis,in addition to the government and enterprises,NGOs have also become an important subject in the governance of refugee problems.The governments of EU countries have fully cooperated with them and achieved good results,but NGOs at the same time inevitably bring some negative effects.In view of this background,this article regards the European refugee crisis as the starting point,combs and sums up the European NGOs current development situation,and analyses non-governmental organization’s activities in the European refugee incidents.It is recognized that China shall manage domestic and foreign NGOs on the basis of China’s actual conditions,strengthen the process supervision while supporting it,and actively promote the internationalization of domestic NGOs according to the requirements of the development of the new era.
