警卫勤务中的突发事件通常具有事发的突然性、形式的不确定性、目标的针对性、危害的严重性、判断的紧迫性等特点。为做好警卫勤务中突发事件处置工作,警卫部门应树立和遵循“安全第一、能走不打”、依法依规处置、“舍身保护、勇于献身”、“快速反应、密切协作”、积极预防等理念。

The features of emergencies in security service such as its abrupt occurrence,uncertain form,specific targets,severe harm,require immediate judgment and bold disposal.To handle security service emergencies properly,VIP protection department must bear in mind and adhere to some basic concepts,including,safety first,swift retreat,rule-based disposal,sacrifice and dedication,rapid reaction,close collaboration and active prevention.
