组织力提升视域下的公安基层党建信息化研究

Study on Informatization of Party Building of Primary-level Public Security Organs in View of Organizational Strength Promotion

以信息化提升组织力是新时代公安机关基层党建工作的发展重点。通过运用SWOT分析模型,对当前公安机关通过信息化手段提升基层党组织组织力的各项因素进行系统分析,在此基础上提出以组织力提升为导向的公安基层党建信息化发展策略,重点就突出政治导向、严抓组织生活、增强服务能力等提出具体对策。

It is the key point of party building for primary-level public security organs in the new era to enhance organizational capacity through informatization.This article applies the SWOT analysis model to systematically analyze various factors of informatization means in enhancing the organizational capacity of the primary-level party organizations in public security forces,and based on that analysis advances informatization development strategy to improve the organizational capacity.Concrete countermeasures are put forward in terms of highlighting political orientation,having regular organizational activities,enhancing service capability and so on.
