摘要
“微警务”作为创新警务管理模式,目前仍处在探索阶段,却在公安执法和服务中显示出了强大的生命力,实现了多种警务活动线上的集中开展,满足群众安全需求,并倒逼了警务机制的改革。但是,“微警务”建设和应用实践中,存在公众参与不足、管理机制不健全、发展不平衡、专业人才匮乏和内部衔接不畅等问题。因此,需要在创新宣传模式、完善管理机制、确保经费保障、培养专业人才和畅通内部衔接机制方面下功夫,实现“微警务”的良性运转。
As an innovative policing management mode,micro-policing is still in the exploratory stage,but it has shown a strong vitality in law enforcement and the service of public security,and realized the centralized development of various policing activities to meet the security needs of the population,and deepen the reform of police mechanism.However,in the construction and application of micro-policing,there are some problems,such as insufficient public participation,imperfect management mechanism,unbalanced development,lack of professional talents and poor internal cohesion.Therefore,it is necessary to make great efforts to innovate the publicity mode,perfect the management mechanism,ensure the availability of funds,train professional talents and unblock the internal interface mechanism,so as to realize the healthy operation of micro-policing.
