江西省2018年晚粳区试品种的DNA指纹图谱以及遗传相似性分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用农业行业标准(NY/T 1433—2007)中公布的24对SSR引物构建江西省2018年27份晚粳区试品种以及4份籼型晚稻区试对照品种的DNA指纹图谱,并进行遗传相似性分析。24对SSR引物共扩增出114个多态性片段,平均每对引物可检测到4.75个等位基因,引物的各等位基因在样品间的PIC值变化范围为0~0.374 7,平均值为0.171 1。聚类分析表明,31份水稻品种的遗传相似系数在0.19~0.77。当相似系数约为0.19时,江西省2018年晚粳区试品种与籼型晚稻区试对照品种分成两组;当相似系数约为0.39时,晚粳区试品种分为4组。指纹图谱数据表明,晚粳区试品种的指纹差异都在2个位点以上,不存在近似品种。 The fingerprinting profiles and molecular identity cards of 27 late-season japonica rice varieties and four late-season indica rice varieties for control in the regional test of Jiangxi province in 2018 were established using 24 pairs of SSR markers recommended by“Sector Standard of Agriculture(NY/T 1433-2007)”.Total 114 polymorphic fragments were detected with an average of 4.75 alleles for each pair of SSR primers.The PIC(polymeric index content)values of the allele from each pair of primers ranged from 0 to 0.374 7,and the average PIC value was 0.171 1.The result from cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarities among the 31 rice varieties ranged from 0.19 to 0.77.Those rice varieties could be clustered into two groups at about 0.19 of genetic similarity coefficient,which were the group of late-season japonica rice varieties and the group of late-season indica rice varieties for control in 2018.However,the 27 late-season japonica rice varieties could be clustered into four groups at about 0.39 of genetic similarity coefficient.The fingerprinting data showed that there was no similar variety since at least 2 allele differences existed among the late-season japonica rice varieties.
