摘要
IGF2、MUC13、PHKG1、RYR1和VRTN基因是应用于实践生产的影响猪抗病、肉质及生长性能的基因。利用PCR扩增、Sanger测序和RFLP技术在姜曲海猪和苏姜猪核心群中检测了这5个基因的基因型。结果表明:姜曲海猪中的IGF2、VRTN基因和苏姜猪中的VRTN基因的有利等位基因频率相对较低。RYR1基因的检测结果显示姜曲海猪混有外来血缘,需要进行提纯复壮。通过分子标记辅助选择和常规育种技术,苏姜猪需要经过多世代选育才能将这5个基因的有利等位基因纯合。
IGF2,MUC13,PHKG1,RYR1 and VRTN genes affecting resistance to disease,meat and growth performance are well applied in the pig industry.In this study,PCR,Sanger sequencing and RFLP were used to genotype the nucleus populations of Jiangquhai and Sujiang pigs for the five genes.The results showed that the favorable allele frequencies of IGF2 and VRTN in Jiangquhai pigs and VRTN in Sujiang pigs were relatively low.The detection result of RYR1 gene indicated that some inviduals of Jiangquhai pigs were admixed.Purification and rejuvenation are imperative for Jiangquhai pigs.Favorable alleles could be fixed in Sujiang pigs through muti-generations in combination of marker-assisted selection and routine breeding technique.
