摘要
评估伦理是高等教育评估不可回避,必须认真面对的问题。高等教育评估的伦理基点应该包括三个方面:一是大学生的全面发展;二是大学存在的核心价值;三是大学所应承担的社会责任。这是高等教育评估的伦理红线。具体的评估可以从三个向度进行伦理考量:首先是利益相关者向度,任何一项评估都要充分考虑利益相关者的合法权益;其次是评估过程向度,涉及为什么评、谁来评、评什么、怎么评、评估结果如何应用等方面的问题;再次是评估行业发展向度,涉及行业协会的发展、行业发展的专业化程度、行业从业者的综合素质等方面的伦理问题。
Assessment ethics is an unavoidable issue in higher education assessment,which must be dealt with seriously.The ethical basis of higher education assessment should include three aspects:first,the all-round development of college students;second,the core value of the existence of university;third,the social responsibility of the university.These are also the ethical red lines of higher education assessment,because specific assessment is subject to ethical considerations from three perspectives:first,stakeholder perspective,any assessment should take full account of the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders;second,assessment process perspective,which involves the questions of why and who evaluates,what and how to evaluate,and how to apply the evaluation results,etc.;and third,industry development perspective,involving such issues as industry associations’development,the industry specialization degree,and the comprehensive quality of industry practitioners.
