摘要
学校课程结构设计是学校在课程政策的规范下,基于本校实际情况,对不同类型课程进行系统合理的组织和安排的过程。学校开展课程结构设计,必须处理好多样的课程需求与有限的课程资源、稳定的课程结构与变化的社会发展、普适的课程政策与特色的学校课程这三个主要矛盾。学校课程结构设计的基本思路是确定课程范畴、明晰课程层次,并理清课程顺序。系统的思维方式、渐进的推进过程以及动态的支持系统构建是学校课程结构设计的实践策略。
School curriculum structure design is a process whereby a school organizes and arranges different types of courses systematically and reasonably under the standard of curriculum policy and based on the actual situation of the school.In order to carry out curriculum structure design,schools must deal with three main contradictions,i.e.diverse curriculum needs and limited curriculum resources;stable curriculum structure and changing social development;and universal curriculum policies and characteristic school curriculum.The basic idea is to determine curriculum categories,and to clarify curriculum levels and sequence.Practical strategies include a systematic way of thinking,the gradual process of advancement,and the construction of a dynamic support system.
