以全消化道多发溃疡为主要表现的嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎一例

Multiple ulcerations involving the entire gastrointestinal tract as the main manifestation of eosinophilic gastroenteritis: a case report

嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎(EG)是一种以胃肠道嗜酸性粒细胞异常浸润为特征的罕见疾病。由于其症状和实验室检查结果通常缺乏特异性,在临床上很容易漏诊和误诊。该文对1例以除食管以外的全消化道多发溃疡为主要表现的EG患者的诊治经过进行描述和分析,提示我们加强对EG的诊断和鉴别诊断的认识,对于提高诊断的准确性、减少误诊及改善患者预后方面起着重要作用。

Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EG)is a rare disease characterized by excessive infiltration of eosinophils in the gastrointestinal tract.Due to non-specific symptoms and laboratory findings,it is likely to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis.In this article,the diagnosis and treatment of one case of EG presenting with multiple ulcerations involving the entire gastrointestinal tract expect the esophagus were described and analyzed.This case prompts that deepening the understanding of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of EG plays a pivotal role in enhancing the diagnostic accuracy,reducing the risk of misdiagnosis and improving clinical prognosis of EG patients.
