摘要
采用天然皮革加工过程中的复鞣、中和、加油、填充等湿整理加工工艺对超细纤维聚氨酯合成革用无纺布基布和坯革进行处理,讨论了加油及填充量对合成革坯革机械性能和卫生性能的影响,通过对处理后的样品进行分析检测,结果表明,天然皮革的湿整理加工工艺可显著地改善超细纤维合成革的机械性能和卫生性能,这种湿处理加工工艺对合成皮革的生产加工有很好的借鉴意义。
The polyurethane synthetic leather of hyperfine fiber was treated by retanning,neutralizing and oiling as well as filling used in the producing process of natural leather.The effects of oil and filling amount on the mechanical properties and hygienic properties of synthetic leather were also discussed.Through the analysis and detection of the treated sample,the result showed that the wet finishing technique was suitable for the producing of synthetic leather of hyperfine fiber and the properties of synthetic leather of hyperfine fiber can be improved remarkably.
