“导师制”带教方法应用在提高脊柱手术配合质量中的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用“导师制”的临床带教方法对提高脊柱手术配合质量的效果。方法选择2016年1—12月为实施前,2018年1—12月为实施后,实施前后均选取25名手术室新入科护士及20名手术医师为研究对象,观察实施前后带教效果。结果实施后该院手术室护士在安全条件评分、风险防护评分、理论知识评分于技能操作评分各项护理技能因子评分上均显著高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后手术医师对护理工作的总满意率为95.00%,明显高于实施前70.00%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱手术的护理带教中,实施“导师制”的带教方式,可显著手术配合质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of applying the"tutor system"clinical teaching method to improve the quality of spinal surgery.Methods From January to December 2016,before implementation,after the implementation from January to December 2018,25 new operating room nurses and 20 surgeons were selected before and after the implementation.Teaching effect before and after implementation were observed.Results After the implementation,the nurses in the operating room of the hospital were significantly higher than the pre-implementation in safety condition score,risk protection score,theoretical knowledge score and skill operation score(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of work was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 70.00%before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of spinal surgery,the implementation of the"teacher system"teaching method can significantly improve the quality of surgery and is worth promoting.
