以问题为导向的教学在乳腺癌护理带教中的应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析在乳腺癌护理带教中以问题为导向教学方法的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月期间该院实习护生44名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各22名,对照组选择常规带教方法,试验组开展以问题为导向的教学法,比较两组成绩情况、对教学方法满意度以及学习积极性。结果带教前,两组比较理论成绩和操作成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施带教后,试验组理论成绩(93.52±5.61)分与操作成绩(91.65±7.02)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组满意度95.45%高于对照组63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组100.00%表现积极高于对照组54.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌护理带教中应用以问题为导向教学法可提升护生成绩,提升教学满意度以及学习积极性,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the application value of problem-oriented teaching methods in breast cancer nursing teaching.Methods A total of 44 internship nursing students from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,22 in each group.The control group chose the conventional teaching method and the experimental group adopted guided approach to teaching,comparing the performance of the two groups,satisfaction with teaching methods,and enthusiasm for learning.Results Before the teaching,there was no significant difference between the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of the teaching,the theoretical scores of the experimental group(93.52±5.61)points and the operational scores(91.65±7.02)points were higher than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),the test group satisfaction was 95.45%higher than the control group 63.64%,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group 100.00%performance was significantly higher than the control group 54.55%,,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-oriented teaching method in breast cancer nursing teaching can improve the performance of nursing students,improve teaching satisfaction and learning enthusiasm,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
