铸瓷贴面与全瓷冠牙科材料用于前牙修复的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Cast Porcelain Veneer and All-ceramic Crown Dental Materials for Anterior Teeth Restoration

目的探讨铸瓷贴面与全瓷冠牙科材料用于前牙修复的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年1月前牙修复患者90例,其中45例应用全瓷冠材料修复,将其设定为对照组,45例应用铸瓷贴面材料修复,将其设定为观察组。比较两组治疗优良率、敏感发生率、疼痛评分、美学评分以及不良反应发生率。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗优良率更高(88.89%vs 66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组整体美观[(93.60±7.31)分vs(84.15±6.27)分]、修复体色泽[(94.67±6.91)分vs(86.19±5.84)分]以及面容改善[(95.88±8.62)分vs(89.04±6.19)分]评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.582,6.288,4.324,P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组治疗后2周、1个月和3个月的敏感发生率及疼痛评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙修复治疗中铸瓷贴面的应用效果优于全瓷冠,不良反应发生更少,疼痛度更低,美学效果更好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cast porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown dental materials for anterior teeth restoration.Methods Ninety patients with anterior teeth restoration from January 2016 to January 2018 were convenient selected,of which 45 were repaired with all-ceramic crown materials,which were set as control group,and 45 cases were repaired with cast porcelain veneers.Designed as an observation group.The excellent rate,sensitivity,pain score,aesthetic score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a better rate of treatment(88.89%vs 66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was overall beautiful[(93.60±7.31)points vs(84.15±6.27)points],restoration color[(94.67±6.91)points vs(86.19±5.84)points,t=6.288]and surface improvement[(95.88±8.62)points vs(89.04±6.19)points]were higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.582,6.288,4.324,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sensitivity and pain scores of the observation group were lower at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cast porcelain veneer in anterior restoration is better than that of all-ceramic crown,with fewer adverse reactions,lower pain and better aesthetics.
