新时代高职院校提升教师的“双师”素养,制定与此相关的资格认证标准是很有必要的。高职院校应从基本资格、教学能力、专业技能以及品行规范等方面对“双师型”教师提出更高要求。可以采取制定统一的认证标准、实行认证标准的动态管理、创新认证标准、确保认证主体多元化等措施,落实“双师型”教师资格认证标准。

It is necessary to improve the dual-skills of teachers in higher vocational colleges and formulate related qualification standards in the new era.Higher vocational colleges should put forward higher requirements for double-qualified teachers from the aspects of basic qualifications,teaching ability,professional skills and conduct norms.We can take measures to implement the double-qualified teacher certification standards from the aspects of formulating unified certification standards,implementing dynamic management of certification standards,innovating certification standards,and diversifying certification bodies.
