At present,the ideological and political work force in colleges and universities is weak,the overall level of personnel quality is not high,and there is no resultant force in the work.In order to strengthen the ideological and political work team construction in colleges and universities under the new situation,we must grasp the characteristics of ideological and political work,deepen the understanding of the team construction,improve the relevant mechanisms,build professional teams,strengthen training mode,build communication platform,improve the overall quality of ideological and political workers,and innovate ideological and political work methods.
