摘要
就制冷压缩机性能测试实验台进行了系统的设计,依据GB/T 5773-2016,从传感器入手对量热器法测量结果进行了制冷量的不确定度分析,以此评估实验台性能。本文改进了第二制冷剂量热器法中的关键部件量热器,改进后的量热器漏热量最大仅为制冷量的0.29%。从不确定度分析结果可知,同时提高功率计、吸气压力传感器和吸气温度铂电阻精度,制冷量不确定度降低了51.42%。
In this paper the design and experiment of refrigeration compressor performance test bench were carried out and the uncertainty analysis of refrigerating capacity was carried out according to GB/T 5773-2016 from the perspective of sensor so as to evaluate the performance of the test bench.In this paper the key component of the second refrigerant calorimeter method is improved and the maximum heat loss of the improved calorimeter is only 0.29%of the refrigerant calorimeter.The results of uncertainty analysis show that the refrigerating capacity uncertainty can be effectively reduced by improving the precision of key sensors.
