Shanxi,as a major resource province in China,is a demonstration area for the transformation and development of resource-based economy.In the field of energy revolution,Shanxi should be a pioneer.In order to achieve the important goal of transformation and development of Shanxi,to go out of the new path of development of inland areas,and to create a good business environment are the key propositions that the whole province must attach importance to.This paper expounds the importance of a good business environment,analyses the necessity of building a good business environment in Shanxi province,and puts forward some measures to build a good business environment and promote the transformation and development of Shanxi province.
