随着信息化发展的不断深入,我国政务系统已经成为提升政府公共服务质量、行政能力和办事效率的重要手段,政务系统界面是人机交互的接口,一切界面的设计要以用户体验为核心。分析了山西省“13710”电子督办系统用户特征,对政务系统中基于用户体验的人机交互界面的具体应用进行了探讨研究。

With the development of information technology,China's government affairs system has become an important means to improve the quality of government public services,administrative capacity and efficiency.The interface of government affairs system is the interface of human-computer interaction,and the design of all interfaces should take user experience as the core.This paper analyses the user characteristics of Shanxi's"13710"electronic supervisory system,and probes into the specific application of user experience-based human-computer interaction interface in government affairs system.
