摘要
近年来,国内发生多起公路油罐车闪爆、着火、冒顶、泄漏等事故事件,多数为人员操作失误或者油罐车配件存在缺陷造成,因此进一步规范承运商资质及人员要求、油罐车安全技术、油库设施及场地、装油作业管理,对提高油罐车油品运输及装卸作业有很大的促进作用。就油罐车装运成品油的作业及管控展开分析。
In recent years,there have been many accidents such as flashing,fire,roofing and leakage of road tank trucks in China.Most of them are caused by personnel errors or defects in tank truck accessories.Therefore,the qualifications and personnel requirements of the carrier are further standardized.Tanker safety technology,oil depot facilities and site,operation management,have certain implications for improving oil tanker oil transportation and loading and unloading operations.The operation and control of oil tanker loading finished oil are analyzed.
