优化三峡船闸桥式启闭机通讯电缆卷筒故障处理工艺

摘要 三峡船闸桥式启闭机对于保障三峡船闸通航水位和在紧急情况下应急挡水具有重要意义。但是由于南线桥机电缆卷筒内通讯电缆的电缆接头安装地点与安装方式的影响,通讯电缆卷筒故障处理时间一直较长。从改进现有拆解电缆工艺和对职工进行电缆拆解工艺专项培训两个方面进行优化,较大程度地缩短三峡船闸南线桥机通讯电缆卷筒故障处理时间。 Bridge hoist of Three Gorges ship lock is of great significance for ensuring navigation level of Three Gorges ship lock and emergency water retaining in case of emergency.However,due to the influence of installation location and installation mode of cable connector of communication cable in cable drum of south line bridge machine,the fault treatment time of communication cable drum has been long.This paper optimizes the existing cable disassembly process and conducts special training for the staff,so as to shorten the processing time of communication cable drum fault of bridge crane in the south line of Three Gorges ship lock to a great extent.
